it’s fall ya’ll.

It’s officially Fall ya’ll 🙂

I’ve been embracing it in the form of fashion + food. Nothing better!

I really love the coziness this season brings and am so excited to be heading to Cincy Wednesday after work for a full weekend of wedding festivities!

Our best family friend Megan is getting married to the beautiful & hilarious Lindsey – we are SO thrilled to be celebrating their wedding this weekend!!! #lovewins

My parents are throwing an Oktoberfest welcome party Thursday night with some other couples and I’ve been in on the planning 🙂 SO excited to see how it all comes together. It’s going to be adorable!

I’m sharing a few Fall outfits from this week + weekend below…

Joie sweater dress // here — also comes in a charcoal color here.

Mother Denim Jeans {ADORE these high waisted + frayed & staggered hem!}

A little about Mother: Tim Kaeding, former creative director/designer for 7 for All Mankind, and Lela Tillem, former president of sales and marketing at Citizens for Humanity teamed up to launch the mother of all denim lines: Mother. {source}

This ruffled grey cardigan is on repeat.

The sleeveless turtleneck is by Kit and Ace & is the perfect Fall staple. Richard got it for me last year for Christmas.

It’s made out of “technical cashmere” which they describe as the softness of cashmere: refreshed, modernized and made wearable, day in and out. Kit and Ace was started by Shannon and J.J. Wilson, the wife and son of Lululemon’s founder. It’s one of those tops that I get really excited to wear.

Also on repeat… these Seychelles booties 🙂

Every season I seem to find that one pair that I wear nonstop. This year it’s these.

Friday night we had happy hour at Jeffrey’s Grocery before meeting some friends at Slowly Shirley.

Jeffrey’s is SOOO cute. This was our first time here & we want to go back asap 🙂

And the West Village being cute as always.

We went to Demarest Farms on Saturday // I wore this striped poncho from LOFT — it’s currently 40% off which makes it under $50. So comfy and a great price!

Obviously had to get apple cider donuts + apple crumb pie

Sunday I made apple pecan chicken salad 🙂 I followed this simple recipe here.

Hope you are enjoying the season!!! xx
