breakfast in bed.

I came across this breakfast in bed gorgeousness via Tessa Barton’s blog and had to share. HOW AMAZING DOES THIS LOOK? Kinda wish my Monday was spent like this.

Recipe for these Oatmeal-Yogurt Pancakes with Blackberry Crush also via this post.

I’m hoping that February 2nd is when the real February vibes begin 🙂 We had an annoying Monday / start to the month with a towed car, etc. etc. It’s always something, right?

Monday ended on a much better note {great news from friends + BACHELOR + Pinterest, hence my breakfast in bed} but I’m committed to creating my own happiness this month. Breathe and let go of things that really don’t matter.

happy

I find that when I hold onto the little everyday stressful problems my whole week can be consumed by it. Breathe. And relaxxxx 🙂 Preferably with breakfast in bed {Richard!!?!?}

Side note: The Bar Method really helps me unwind. I’ve tried a million workouts over the past few years and it’s truly something I look forward to every day. It gets me out of bed at 6:25am so that’s saying something. Even in the dead of Winter. I am highly addicted — it lets your mind relax & challenges your body.

barre

^and sometimes you feel like this.

There are tons of studios all over the US {see here} give it a go!

I did Pure Barre last year for a couple months, it’s another great barre option but given the choice, I do prefer Bar Method. The studios are all white & feel like a spa {major PLUS}. Classes are also a bit more personalized – every instructor knows your name & they find ways to correct your form no matter how many times you’ve been.

Happy Tuesday! xx
