Such a lovely weekend with friends & family. Friday night I hosted a girls night & had maybe TOO much fun {I was feeling a little slow on Saturday}

Below is the simple recipe for chicken chili that I made on Friday night {it’s hard to photograph but I promise you won’t be disappointed} Green bowls here.

Ingredients:
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, 8 oz Monterey Jack with peppers
2 cans {undrained} Great Northern beans
2 regular sized jars of salsa {I use 1 medium, 1 mild & typically use Chi Chi’s salsa}
*cooked chicken breast
1 can of water
*The amount of chicken you use can vary depending on how chicken-y you want it. I typically cheat and use the chicken from a rotisserie chicken. It’s just easier that way, ya feel me!?

Break up the cheese into small chunks {by hand or knife}, cut or rip the chicken into pieces of your desired size and mix everything else together. Slow cook this all day on low in a crock pot or all day in the oven on 200 F. Serve with tortilla chips {Scoops are the obvious choice}

Really loving grey on grey. I wore this Joie grey skirt three days in a row paired with different pieces & booties. Find the skirt here. Grey sweater here. Also really crushing on this one.

Sunday morning heading to yoga. I broke out these ballet flats again {find them in multiple colors here} & my Patagonia is a staple in this chilly weather.

And finally ending the weekend at Sunday night family dinner with these unreal brownies made by Richard’s aunt.

    Could you please tell me the brand name of these silver ballet flats with straps? I am getting married in less than 3 months and they are perfect! Thank you for any information you can provide me.

    • Hi Ashley! The brand is Audrey Brooke Pierre Ballet Flat. I got them at DSW but you can most likely find them on Amazon or Ebay. They were from a year or so ago so I’m not sure about color options. Hope you find them. Good luck! xx
