a week in photos.

This past week was a good one. I loved having cozy nights at home before my week long work trip in Vegas this week. Some photos from the past week. Many of them from my Instagram account — follow along here.

The view of NYC from Hoboken on my walk home from the train.

It’s patio season. The twinkle lights at Onieals make me happy.

Garden stool was an absolute find by my mom at Sam’s Club. Post coming soon of where we found some of our apartment decor.

Still not over waking up in our new place. We really feel at home 🙂

Friday outfit to work — skirt from Forever 21 {similar here for under $10 in 4 colors}, booties Coach {similar here} & necklace J.Crew {similar here}

Friday night dinner at Charrito’s — my girlfriend Jill took us to this place. You bring your own wine & they make you sangria. They also make the guac at the table. I will be back.

Saturday we drove to upstate New York {Oneonta} for my brother in laws graduation. We had a wonderful time with the Hajjar crew {especially our little nephew!}

Dress by Calpyso — read my post on it last week here.

The country roads on the drive home were just so pretty & felt so serene after a week of work in the big Apple.

& then on to Vegas. Travel attire – denim top tied up over a maxi dress. Similar chambray top here.

The time change is hard to get used to so I woke up very early yesterday. Being able to use the gym & spa all week is a big perk. Everything about spas make me happy – they provide such a sense of peace, tranquility & healthy living.

Work attire setting up our booth for the jewelry show. Skirt from Zara here.

I sat at the Mandalay Bay “beach” for about 30 minutes after we set up, long enough to have a beer, but it was quite toasty so I didn’t last long before dinner. Bow sandals can be found here.

We sat outside for dinner at Olive’s at the Bellagio last night. It was so delicious & the view of the fountain show will never get old. I love how they play it to different songs each time. Truly a treat.

Beautiful parasols & butterflies hanging from the ceilings at the Bellagio 🙂

I’m looking forward to my dad being in Vegas tomorrow & to seeing the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil show tonight! Have a great week xx
