diy blueberry energy bar.

I made these blueberry energy bars on Sunday and have been loving them all week long. They are so perfect for an on the go breakfast or an after workout snack {they honestly taste so good I’ve been having them for dessert!}

It said to use a square glass dish but I improvised, as you can see.

The recipe is from Self Magazine. See below. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used cookies & cream protein powder instead of chocolate as it’s what I had on hand & 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/2 half cup peanut butter {because I ran out of almond butter — but we loved them mixed!}

Adding a monogram {I think pink but I’m biased 🙂 } to this apron would also be FAB. Monogram EVERYTHING, right!?
