weekend recap.

This weekend recap also features highlights from a couple of the adorable stores I popped into this week & weekend with my mom in Cincy.

I’ll start with a few photos from Anne Rice, located in Maderia — we had lunch at one of my favorites {Coffee Please} & stopped in to pick up a quick birthday gift my mom needed to get. Below are a few of the things I love from this store.

Gorgeous wreath — isn’t the ribbon stunning?

What does the fox say!? I honestly don’t love that song but I mean, come on these glasses are so cute.

If you aren’t into the foxes — maybe you would be into these reindeer or tortoise glasses. LOVE them both.

I also want all of these decorating coffee table books. I read Carolyn Roehm’s book, Flowers, at home on Saturday morning {photo below} & just die over the gorgeousness of her flowers & tablescapes. Buy Flowers here.

Other Carolyn Roehm books can be purchased here. Any of her books would make for the perfect Christmas gift for anyone who loves to look at pretty things.

& the last thing I’ll share from Anne Rice are these these boxes of macaron ornaments. In the words of Rachel Zoe, Ba-nanas.

Thursday night we went to Unwind for wine & cheese. It’s so incredibly cozy & makes you feel like you are in some cute ski lodge.

Friday night was low key. Got our nails done + beers + pizza. Pretty awesome combo. Saturday we went to Quince & Quinn which I am officially in love with. The photos below explain themselves.

Loving Barbour weather. {necklace from Richter & Phillips}

We picked up a housewarming gift at Quince & Quinn before stopping by my sweet cousin & her husband’s new house! It’s SO freaking cute, I’m obsessed. Follow along with her blog, Make Statements, for home updates & fashion 🙂

Some fashion finds this week that I’m loving…

We made a trip to the outlets Thursday & found these booties at Saks OFF Fifth — by Vince Camuto.

Sunday I went to Target to get storage bins so I can organize my life for moving to New Jersey after Christmas but of course you can’t go to Target & come out with only what you went in for. My cousin Carolyn had these on the other day & I had to copy. They are perfect for the snow & are so comphy. Buy them online here.

& last but not least I started planning my outfits for a trip to Chicago after Thanksgiving. I’ll be working during the day but will need lunch & nighttime outfits, OF COURSE 🙂 My mom started us from a young age planning our outfits for trips. Anyone else do this!?

Both the top & skirt are from Club Monaco. Buy the skirt here & similar tops here.

Thanksgiving is upon us & I’m so excited for my sister & some of my close girlfriends to be home this week!
