Wedding Wednesday

Trying to pull everything together so that I am stress free {or as much as I can be} during wedding week!

Hard to believe it’s less than 20 days now {17 to be exact}.

This is a little random but my life is filled with random wedding tid-bits right now. What to eat {and not to eat} on your wedding day. This can definitely go for the whole wedding party.

The BEST thing to eat for breakfast according to Shape Magazine is oatmeal. “It contains soluble fiber to slow the absorption of glucose from food in your stomach, which keeps your blood-sugar levels steady.”


Other great things are {from Fitness magazine}: herbal tea, avocado, homemade trail mix, asparagus & tropical fruit.

Some of the worst things you can eat are: caffeine, spicy foods, artificial sweetener, fatty cheeses & dinner rolls.

Fitness magazine & Shape magazine go through all the benefits & setbacks.

I’ve also heard that the best thing to eat the day after is a cheeseburger, cheese fries, pizza & a Chipotle burrito. But that’s just what I’ve heard 😉
